What are you WISHING for?

May 28th, 2014 by Elizabeth Joy Mueller | Comments Off

Today, May 28th, 2014, is a new moon. More than any other day of the month, on the new moon, your intuition is fully open and available to you. It is the perfect timing to tune into your deeper wishes for yourself and your life.  file3681309720303

It’s a day for planting seeds of possibility.

It’s easy to get so busy that you no longer take time to tap into what you truly want.

Today, I invite you to play a game with me and tap into any deeper wishes that have been on hold for far too long. Together with the Universe and the New Moon, let’s make a wish list!

I’m serious about wishing. What’s on your wish list? Start with writing it down. Go for 3-9 items.

Now I’m not asking for your wish list of overpriced luxury goods that you are pining for. .  . . Nope. Go deeper.

What’s your heart longing for? What are you wanting to share and express? Where are you holding back in your life? (That’s a signal!)

Do you have certain beliefs that tell you something you want isn’t even possible? Write that on your list!

Put the seemingly impossible into this wish list!

After you have your list, find a quiet spot to sit down and tune in. This next step is really important in order for the wish list to go out into the Universe.

For each item on your wish list, I invite you to imagine it happening. See yourself (and others) laughing, smiling, interacting. Imagine how it could play out.

Feel it, smell it, taste it, hear it, see it!  Use all your sense to create mini scenarios of how your wish would unfold. Don’t get bogged down here – just small details that feel good. Yum!

Bring three mini scenarios to life in your mind’s eye for every wish.  file3191292396146

After you picture the scenario in your mind’s eye then shift it to the base of your skull where your spine meets your head and picture it there on a screen playing out again.

After you have watched three different scenarios for every wish, then state out loud: So Be It! and let go.

After you go through these steps for each of your wishes, let it all GO!  Keep your list so you can look back at it in a few months or a year.

Keep in mind that things may not manifest the way you think they should because the Universal Mind – from it’s higher perspective – may have something even better in store for you than you can imagine right now. In fact, it’s making sure the outcome is far better than your wildest dreams. YA!

Happy New Moon! May all your wishes come true!

I QUIT!

July 31st, 2013 by Elizabeth Joy Mueller | Comments Off

I want to quit.

I know I came back from vacation and this is how a lot of people feel about their life upon returning.  But this feeling, this time, was different, I really want to quit.

I announced to my entrepreneurs group and they listened attentively and then gave me permission to quit. So here, now, I give you permission to quit, too.

What do you want to quit in your life?I Quit

I quit feeling confused and tired.
I quit feeling struggle.
I quit feeling overwhelm.
I quit telling myself all the things I am doing wrong.
I quit holding myself back.
I quit not trusting myself and my timing.

I QUIT! I’m giving myself permission to quit. To dive straight into this and find out what’s here for me to learn.  It’s so much easier to cover it up, distract it or create another story about how I have to carry on in spite of the powerful non-negotiable feeling of wanting to QUIT!

I am dancing with quitting and discovering what’s in this abyss for me at this time.  Stay tuned! Or, better yet, join me in quitting what you are ready to quit.

Ironically, while I feel like quitting, I am also having the joyful experience of running my Summer of JOYfest program that I launched in early July and meeting with my one-to-one clients. It’s truly joyful and inspiring and fun and I am loving it.

How do I reconcile the need to quit with having a marvelous time teaching in the JOYfest & meeting with my clients?  Here again, I am letting it all be as it is.

im-a-quitterJOY + Quitting, together in one bundle that I get to create and open to what’s that meant to look like for me – uniquely. Perhaps I keep leaving out the unique part of my own creation, expecting it to look like everyone else’s set-up and in the process judging what it is, judging it against others, judging myself for what I feel I am not. Ouch!

Does all that self-judgment sound familiar to you? It’s truly painful because no matter what you want to do or be, you’ve got to give yourself permission to do it your way.

My invitation for you this week:  Follow your JOY, QUIT what needs to be left behind, follow what’s working and give yourself FULL permission to do it your way! Uniquely your way on your terms!

I’m giving it try, as well! Tell me what unfolds for you by replying to this email, posting on Facebook  or sharing it with others.

P.S. Wait, please pass this on for anyone with Autistic or ADHD kids. . . My friend, Andrea Anderson, is a quitter, too!  She quit doing all the wrong things for her kids and helped them heal and clear of ADHD & autism. Before she helped clear them of their autism:
•           Severe mood swings- with aggressive behavior
•           Hyper
•           High levels of anxiety
•           Uncomfortable with peers
Now:
•           Their moods are balanced- they talk about what upsets them and how they feel
•           They’re calm, can sit and focus on their school work, read books and magazines
•           Situations that once created anxiety (like getting dressed in the morning) they now handle with ease, they’re actually relaxed
•           They have friends!  Lots of friends- even BEST friends they are very close with!

Summer of JOYfest – July 1st

June 28th, 2013 by Elizabeth Joy Mueller | Comments Off

Summer is in full gear here in Colorado and I am beginning my new virtual Summer of JOYfest on Monday, July 1st.
happy puppy
This is a chance to go back to summer camp, except this ride is for grown-ups that want to remember and bring back the adventure and ZING! of summer fun, with a splash of purpose and passion.

I am inspired to set a stage for you to have the best summer of your life!  Starting in just three days, I’ve deliberated created a program to keep your nose pointed towards what you want to create, where you want to go and what you want to be doing for the next eight weeks.

Setting intentions, changing habits, tossing out old excuses . . . it’s not always easy doing it alone, using sheer will power. Doing so in the heart of the summer with passionate and purposeful support is the new paradigm of manifesting.

flowerburstIt’s the new starting point for attracting all that you truly desire by putting JOY in the driver’s seat.
It’s the perfect timing – not waiting until everything lines up – but intentionally plowing ahead and consciously relating and expanding what is meant to be your fabulous joy-filled summer.

“You can never have a happy ending at the end of an unhappy journey; it just doesn’t work out that way. The way you’re feeling, along the way, is the way you’re continuing to pre-pave your journey, and it’s the way it’s going to continue to turn out until you do something about the way you are feeling.”  —Abraham as channeled through Esther Hicks (and Abraham and Jerry)

Don’t hold out on this one. I’ve priced it to be accessible (only $12 per week!). I’ve designed it to be user-friendly at the level you want to dip into from home, the cabin, or the retreat (It’s virtual!).

Ready to jump in?  Sign up now!

Need more details?  Go here.

Still have questions?  Call me at 917.30.7612 (Mountain time)

P.S.  Are you really going to let all those excuses stop you from expanding your passion and purpose for the summer?  Use this as a microcosm of your life – start with eight weeks: I’m in!

You possess 1,000 years of experiences

March 10th, 2011 by Elizabeth Joy Mueller | No Comments

How much time and energy do you commit to knowing and following your higher purpose? What could happen if you took some time to inquire, explore and be curious about this for you?

You see, no one, anywhere is exactly like you.  No one has ever been quite like you before now or in the future.  You are completely unique.  You are a completely unique divine spark of life force unlike anything previously existed in time and space. If that’s the truth, how do you want to spend your time, energy, gifts and talents?  What is your purpose and how can you awaken and open to this now?

I’m so excited to announce that I have created a new program to explore our very own uniqueness and our very own unique connection to the sacred specifically for the NYC woman.  Scroll down for more details to see if this program is right for you or someone you know.

******************************************

Let’s play a game.

Just take five minutes with me right now. (C’mon just five minutes!) Set a timer, your phone clock, or your watch.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath, or two, or three.

Allow your whole body to relax right where you are.

Feel all the way down into your feet and then drop your awareness down into the earth below your feet.

Feel deeply connected into the earth like a rooted Elm.*

Now imagine you are sitting next to your oldest truest most magnificent self.  She (or he) is at least 1,000 years old and so gentle and thoughtful, having had every possible experience again and again.  She is radiant, full of light and love, compassion and glory.  She imbues this deeply loving wisdom and understanding of any situation, challenge or frustration you may have.  She uplifts you and holds you.  She reassures you like no one ever has and you resonate with this assurance that indeed, everything is in perfect timing.

As you tune in here, notice what other qualities your truest self possesses.  Is she commanding? Witty?  Does she heal and transform?  Does she teach and guide?  Does she provide confidence and courage?  Is she strong, healthy, and vital?  What is her vision of you, your body, the world, the deepest wishes you hold close to your heart?

Take a few moments to imagine all the qualities of your truest, highest, most magnificent self and feel all of it throughout your entire body using your senses.  Have fun, go deep, experience the great expansion of 1,000 years of experiences being you.

What does she tell you?  What does she want you to know?  What does she remind you of?

Now let all the wisdom, divine love, light, radiance, all those unique qualities she possesses to come into you.  Allow her to merge with you and you to know yourself as your wisest, most radiant self, with 1,000 years of experiences to draw upon.

When the timer goes off or you finish, open your eyes.  Enjoy moving through your day with your best friend at your side or nearby and call upon her whenever you need for any reason whatsoever.

P.s. *I love Elm trees. I’d guess they are part of a royal lineage they are so regal.  The first time I saw one I had arrived to visit the Northeast to see friends.  I saw this grand old Elm across the street and I completely freaked out.  It was like I was witnessing a Grand King vibrating majesty, commanding my attention and my awe.  I felt a need to bow to such a grand royal living beings.

The Art and Science of Gift Wrapping

December 16th, 2010 by sco assistant | 1 Comment

Each of us has natural gifts and talents that get activated in a more distinct way around the holidays.  Quickly, we slip into the roles that are most comfortable and, if we let it, these roles can be a real pleasure and a means of expressing who we are and how we feel connected to our community, family, and loved ones.

I’m here to encourage you to consider where your natural expression comes through at the holidays . . . are you a baker, builder, cook, gift wrapper, cleaner, playmate (someone has to keep the kids busy!), or, maybe you love to play Santa Claus? Do you enjoy giving out generous tips, paying it forward, buying gifts for children and giving lots away – how fun to just be a constant source of surprise and joy!

I’m having tea with Georgia O’Keefe!

August 5th, 2010 by Elizabeth Joy Mueller | No Comments

I’m so thrilled to share that this summer I made some giant leaps into my dreams.  All year long I planned to take the month of July off.  I even blocked it out in my calendar and yet as the time neared I still had no idea of ‘the what’ it would be – where would I go and what would I be doing?  Miraculously on June 28th my plans fell into place and I headed west leaving NYC not just for July but August as well!

Read on to find out where I am and what I am up to this summer. . .there’s still a few weeks of summer left and have you stopped to consider, what would be exciting for you?

***********************************************************

I’m having tea at Georgia O’Keefe’s Adobe!

I admit that even while having these fun plans to leave my routine behind and head out west, it’s still easy to slip into old habits or thought patterns that can hold you back.  So just last week I was reading a book that asked me to consider what I thought would be exciting to me.  Now this made me stop and ponder a bit.  After all I’ve been making goals and working on them but really deep down most of what I was aiming for wasn’t really exciting me all that much.  (This was some of why I left my apartment to do something new.)  So I sat down and asked myself, what would excite me?  I came up with a list of 5 things that I could explore – nature, horseback riding, Georgia O’Keefe’s house tour, Earthships and dancing.

Once I had the list, I decided to move these into action.  Now ten years ago when I came through this area I tried to get on the Georgia O’Keefe house tour and it required a reservation months in advance.  I had already told myself I probably wasn’t going to get on it this time either but I thought, well I can call and just find out.  I did call and they had a single spot open the following Tuesday!  Thrilled!  Excited! Jumping up and down!  Yes!  Excitement is now in motion and more plans went into action since it required that I rent a car and go exploring even further than I let myself believe I could go.

So stop reading right now and do the same – just grab a napkin or a notebook and write down five things that would excite you.  (Summer is not over yet!)

  1. Bake a pie with the Farmer’s market berries. Add ice cream and invite friends to share. Yum!
  2. Go horseback riding in the mountains.
  3. Plan a trip to Hawaii/Peru/Bali (fill in your dream spot) for the next year.
  4. Walk thirty minutes a day with no destination in mind and no phone – be curious!
  5. Start a new social club – book club or some other shared interest and bring people together over a passion you share.

What’s on your list??  Share it with me and inspire others to get excited this summer by posting your list in the comments below!

Now once you have your list, look it over and decide which one on the list you could take action on now.

What action can you do right now to make it happen or put it in motion?  Do it!  Don’t wait.

I had doubts about getting on the Georgia O’Keefe house tour but I called anyway.  When I got the reservation, I had no idea how I was going to get there as it is 50 miles away from where I am staying without a car, but that didn’t stop me from saying Yes!  Once I knew I had to be in O’Keefe country on Tuesday I researched other places to visited and planned my whole day around even more exciting places to explore – Ghost Ranch – where Georgia spent her summers painting – and Ojo Caliente – a famous mineral springs for soaking in iron, sulfur and arsenic baths.  So just by making that little ‘excitement’ list, I had the makings of a legendary day exploring nature, fulfilling on my dream to visit Georgia’s house and the areas where she spent her time painting as well as the mineral springs and more.

Want to see my photos?  Join me on Facebook where I posted the photos I could take using my iPhone.  Go to http://www.facebook.com/elizabethjoymueller

The photos are not very high tech I admit but stunning views nonetheless.  Of course, I couldn’t possibly capture the grandeur with a camera so maybe you’ll add this to your excitement list and come discover it for yourself.

By the way, who’s that guy in the photos?  He’s my new hiking friend, Ben.  When I arrived at Ghost Ranch the greeter asked me, Would you like to hike up to Kitchen Mesa?  Yes!  She said, that’s great because Ben would like to go as well and its best not to do the hike alone. Perfecto!

Don’t delay.  Your ‘excitement’ list may look completely different than mine but just put something down and let it start you rolling towards some fun and new exploration.

Are you ready to tap into a deeper level of excitement in your life?  Are you ready to feel supported and yet still navigate a life that’s truly authentic to you?  I’m accepting new clients for the fall!  Sign up for a Breakthrough session and let’s get you started at http://soulcallingsonline.com/contact/schedule-a-breakthrough/

Two Weddings and a Ticket to LOVE

May 12th, 2010 by Elizabeth Joy Mueller | No Comments

Love, love, love. . . .where does it come from?  What is it?  How do we know when we are getting enough and when we want more, where do we go?
I can’t help but ask myself these questions about love as I find myself riding the wave of two wedding ceremonies this week.  Naturally, we all seek love in some form or another.  It appears to be integral to the human condition.  But it’s worth it to stop and ask what is it exactly that we are seeking in the search for love. . .is it approval, acknowledgment, belonging, companionship, family, or something else altogether?  What about your search, what do you desire in your search for love?
We often seek love when we are experiencing a sense of separateness.  We feel separate either from ourselves, or from others, or from some sort of connection to nature, God, the Universe.  In this perception of ‘I am alone’ we go charging out to try to fill this sense of separation with something outside of ourselves. This is the cycle of feeling like we can never be enough.
I admit to not being able to answer these big questions on love in this little article, but in honor of the quest for deeper understanding, I can present some questions for you to consider in your search for love:
  • What do you want love to fill up or complete for you?  Can you name the underlying need that springs forth in your desire for love?
  • Do you find it easier to give love or receive love? How can you begin to receive with as big a heart as you give? Or, give with as big a heart as you receive?
  • What are you willing to change in order to open to more love in your life?  How can you begin right now to be more loving to yourself, to others, to strangers, to your life as it is?
I can’t answer these questions for you, but I can put them out there for you to illuminate how you may want this to express through your own life.  Love is everywhere and opening to the presence of love in all things opens you to the gift of your life, your presence, your joy!
Hmmmm, go out and love ‘em!  As for me, I am heading to the next wedding ceremony, and this one is taking place on the Las Vegas strip!

Intuition often comes through quietly. How do you tune in?

May 4th, 2010 by Elizabeth Joy Mueller | No Comments

Last week I went to Los Angeles for a week of business, pleasure, family, and friends.  I jumped on the opportunity to attend a marketing workshop specifically designed for solo-entrepreneurs like myself.  I circulated and learned a lot at the workshop and also had a ball spending time with my family and friends.  It turns out I know quite a few great people in LA and even got invited to a small Hollywood gathering!  Who me?  You just never know where I might end up!

My sister also did some recruiting to try and get me to move out to LA and I was open to exploring the idea.  I spent some time ‘feeling’ it and tuning into the question, “Would L.A. suit me?”  It certainly requires more research but it does have me wondering:  how do we tune in to our intuition to guide us in everyday choices as well as in making those big leaps like moving across the country?

**********************************
Earlier this year I spent an afternoon on a tour of art galleries in Chelsea with a dear friend. We were having a blast hopping from one gallery to the next to see the latest in photography, painting, sculpture and more.

About halfway through the tour we came to one of the largest and most famous galleries in all of Chelsea (our guide was sure to point this out).  In this large open space only two large sculptures were on display.  One of them was constructed with a series of metal security doors welded together to form a large intertwining rectangle of rusted metal.

It was a rather distressing piece and left me with a profound sense of despair and the feeling of being locked in or trapped by all these rusted metal doors.

Up until this point I had been having fun looking at the art but this piece made me feel gloomy and heavy.  Clearly the artist intended an effect, which was certainly not uplifting, and even leaving me a bit uneasy, but I was willing to keep checking things out.

The next piece by the same artist was a big coach-style bus.  The guide gave us some background about the piece. It turned out you could also walk through it to see how the had converted the bus, using the same rusted metal security doors as the first piece.

So I went through the bus and as I did, something really terrible struck me.  I suddenly felt claustrophobic and anxious. Something felt very wrong and the feeling took over my whole body.  Every hair on the back of my neck stood up and I had to get out!  Eeek!  I managed to get off the bus without pushing anyone in front of me but it certainly wasn’t fast enough.  Ahhhhhhhh, I immediately went outside to get some air.

How often to do you tune into yourself or your environment before moving forward?  When you sense danger or even just something that feels a little off, do you listen or do you talk yourself out of it?  Do you adjust your actions?  Do you slow down?  How willing are you to trust your own intuition, those internal nudges that subtly ask for attention or, when it’s really trying to get your attention – the hair standing on the back of your neck?

If I had slowed down for even a minute to tune into the feeling I got from that bus, I would have known that I didn’t want to go inside for the tour.  The bus was painted black on the outside and there was something very dark on the inside that was not anything I needed to learn more about.  For me, I just needed to walk away.

Now this was only a bus in an art gallery, but it’s a good example of intuition at work.  It could have just as easily been a potential employer, or a man asking me out on a date, or an invitation to a party.  So what can we do to better focus our ability to tune in to our soul’s messages?

Here are a few tips that I’ve found can bring me back to my own knowing.
1. Slow down. Walk slower. Talk slower.  Open up your awareness to notice the environment around you.
2. Breathe. Deeply. Breathe.
3. Feel your feet connect with the earth (even if you are on a bustling NYC street corner!).  Connect downward through your whole body and remember that we’re all connected to the earth, no matter how much concrete or metal may be between us and the soil.
4. Tune into all your senses. Use all your senses – sights, sounds, smells, sensing, even taste.  Allow your whole body to ‘speak’ to you.
5.  Intuition often speaks through the ‘imagination’ so notice what are you ‘imagining.’  Cultivate ways to allow it in without judging or demanding instant answers.

Intuition often comes through quietly.  It doesn’t demand or get pushy (that’s the mind) and it never gives you a list of ‘to do’s.’ So often we need to cultivate some quiet space to really hear it.

Some people meditate, some go running or rock climbing, some knit or engage in a hobby that allows the creative process to unfold.  Explore and cultivate activities that nourish your spirit and in turn, you will naturally and easefully strengthen your intuition.

After letting all that negativity clear out I joined the final leg of our art exploration. The end of the gallery tour came to a close with some hand-made pieces created from tossed beer labels. It was a great reminder of how to make beauty from what most would consider garbage!  This was spectacular and inspiring!

Are you ready to follow the nudge?

April 27th, 2010 by Elizabeth Joy Mueller | No Comments

Do you ever wonder who you really are and what you are here for? If you have, you are not alone. I have asked myself these questions over and over! And in asking myself these questions, I’ve gone searching, asking, researching.

This insisting, nudging and tapping on my shoulder would not go away until it was satisfied and as a result it’s lead me around the world exploring – books, dvds, trainings and to the sources – the teachers, the gurus, the masters, the monks, and even the mountain (Kanchenjunga!).

At the time I may not have really been able to articulate what I was searching for and why – I just had to follow it. It may be that I went to the mountain so you don’t have to! I can show you how to tap into your own passions living your life right now (unless you are dreaming of going to the mountain yourself!).

*********************************************************

What’s your purpose? What are your passions?
Why is it important to even consider these questions?

Because, as you know, no one can answer these questions for you, but you. And, life is too precious to not know (or at least be experimenting) with what’s true for you.

Sometimes when we consider following our desires, it feels as if it will up-end everything in our lives and that feels too overwhelming. We freeze right there. We find a million excuses, reasons, or justifications to keep from taking any steps. It’s safer to stay where we are than to risk shaking up the status quo.

I also know how hard it can be to wade through all the expectations, teachings, learning’s, socializing, habits and beliefs of what you should do or what ought to be.

I doubted myself for a long time and tried many other things – careers, paths, and teachings along the way to get it ‘right’. But no other ‘right’ will satisfy you for long.

I have searched the world to understand my own calling. For nine years, I’ve journeyed to the far corners of the earth seeking out masters, mystics, and healers to teach me how each of us can open to who we are and what we are here for. I’ve been fortunate to study and train in techniques both eastern and western, ancient and modern. I’ve explored over thirty-four modalities in everything from Space Clearing, to Buddhist meditation, to Kundalini yoga, to Soul Awareness healing even Green Medicine.

Only you can discover what’s true for you by tuning into all of you and opening to who you truly are.

That’s it. Yes, being you. Uniquely. Perfectly imperfect. You.

What’s tingling in the palm of your hand?

April 2nd, 2010 by Elizabeth Joy Mueller | 1 Comment

I have to confess the last few weeks have been tough for me. I hit the wall. I had a health crisis. I lost my mojo. I’ve been totally stressed out. I’ve been utterly exhausted. And naturally, in the midst of all this my vision of what I truly want, wavered. It wavered so far away I couldn’t recall what I was really striving for or why. Hmmmmmm, have you felt this way?

Read on to hear more of my own personal story and learn about the opportunity to live soulfully on a month-to-month basis. (You decide when to start and stop!)

****************************************************************************************
Burned out! . . .
A few weeks ago my own personal wake up call arrived in my hand. Literally, in my left hand. It came in the form of this painful nerve tingling in my palm. It was so odd I had to take notice. I mean I don’t really have these types of things happen to me. I don’t really have lots of pains and aches and complaining in my body. So this was really strange.

Luckily, I already had an acupuncture appointment scheduled so I just decided to show him what was happening. Fast forward a few more acupuncture appointments and some intense and painful massage and the diagnosis, stress. Months of built-up stress in my neck and upper back.

After we started to unravel the knots and tension, I was hit with the exhaustion. Oh my! Now I have months of my insomnia catching up to me. I feel like everything was in slow motion and I can’t make any decisions. I was in the middle of my own standstill.

The timing couldn’t have been better since I’d already planned to spend a week in Las Vegas. Ha, did I catch you there? Yup, I said Las Vegas but no, not an ordinary trip to Las Vegas as I had planned to meet up with my family for a wellness week including out spring cleanse. Restorative. Yes, that’s exactly what I’ve needed to do the last two weeks.

With this has come some re-evaluation from inside out. And with it comes changes in how I will be creating my practice.

The exciting news is that I’ve created a new way of working with me that allows you to determine your own start and stop.
Have you wanted to try out my one-to-one mentoring without a minimum three-month commitment?
Have you decided you want support but you aren’t sure for how long and want to keep it open-ended?
Do you just want to flexibility work together throughout the year depending on what’s coming through and when you need it?

If you felt, “Yes!” then consider my new Soulful Living Month-to-Month Program!

It includes:
Three 75-minute one-to-one sessions per month.
There is one monthly fee. No deposit. No long-term commitment.
You decide when to start and when to end.

***************************************************************************************
Have you had a wake-up call in your life? How have you managed it?

I confess in the past I’ve just kept pushing myself. Yup, I’m guilty of it, too. We all are. There are endless to do lists, information to be processed, requests to respond to and that doesn’t include all your own desires and dreams that want to be manifested. It’s not like the world slows down just because you are exhausted.

But this time, I responded differently. I started listening much deeper. I literally laid my body down. And all my parts of me said, this has got to be more fun, easier, and feel more supportive. Above all, it’s time to start listening to me.

The funny thing about this is sometimes it feels too scary to really listen to yourself. Have you ever thought to yourself, I just do not want to go in there!

I had a friend call me the other day in a crisis. All of her defense systems were hard at work to keep her believing she was ‘safe.’ The last thing she could hear was her own wisdom. It was buried in all the noise trying to keep her away from the crisis itself.

And that’s the illusion. That if you don’t go in there, you will be safe but those are the exact places that want your attention – are literally demanding your attention.

Those are the exact places that will help you hear the whole story. And when you can start listening, it starts to shift. Big shift. Naturally. Sigh of relief. Now you can really hear what’s happening. Ahhhhhhhhhhh.

Ready to listen to all your parts more deeply? I can facilitate that process so it feels supported, natural and frees you from the old story that is holding you back.
